Aisonne Conflict of Interest Policy
Aisonne is committed to protecting our clients, their intellectual property and their businesses. Aisonne represents a wide range of clients, some of which may be, or may become, customers, vendors, competitors, partners, owners or subsidiaries of another client. Accordingly it is possible that, during the course of Aisonnefs representation of a client, a conflict could arise between that client and another Aisonne client.
Unless otherwise specified, our clients agree that Aisonne may continue to represent other companies in any way that does not present a direct subject matter conflict with the specific work that is being undertaken pursuant to the clientfs agreement with Aisonne. Additionally, Aisonne may withdraw from representing the client if either an actual conflict develops or Aisonne believes there to be a substantial risk of actual conflict. If you are concerned about any of the relationships we might have with particular companies or individuals, please tell us.
Where conflicts are identified and we believe that your interests can be properly safeguarded by the implementation of appropriate procedures, we shall discuss and agree with you the arrangements that we shall put in place to preserve your confidentiality and to ensure that the advice and opinions which you receive from us are wholly independent. Just as we shall not use confidential information relating to you for the advantage of a third party, we shall not use confidential information obtained from any other party for your advantage.
