Naomi Muramatsu brings over 20 years of global marketing expertise, retail management know-how and financial acumen to her role as Aisonnefs Representative Director and President.  She began her career in advertising with Chuo Senko advertising agency before joining Chanel, where she served the Perfume & Cosmetic Marketing Division as Public Relations Coordinator.  She subsequently served as a PR officer of the World Gold Council, where she drove national demand creation for gold jewelry.  As Retail Marketing Manager at Levi Strauss Japan she was responsible for maintaining and enhancing Levifs presence at retailers nationwide.  She subsequently took her marketing expertise to her role as Marketing Director of Harpers Bazaar Japan.  Most recently she served as senior account executive serving the Louis Vuitton Moet Hennesy group at Dentsu, Japanfs largest advertising agency.

Ms. Muramatsu holds a BA from Seikei University and an MA from the New York University Graduate School of Arts & Sciences and is an avid golfer.

Kaoru Yoneyama brings over 20 years of Japanese retail, consumer and fashion expertise to the Aisonne team in her role as board member and Creative Director of Aisonne.  Ms. Yoneyama is CEO and Chief Designer of her own women's apparel brand, Kaon, carried by Isetan, Barneyfs New York and finer select shops in Japan, which embodies her love for simple, timeless designs that capture the imagination.  She started her career in apparel at Japanese select retailer Beams and subsequently held a variety of positions at United Arrows from its founding until she started her first label, Phoebe, in 2002.

Ms. Yoneyama is a Graphic Design graduate of Tokyo Design College.

Fumiyo Bandoh brings over 10 years of organizational development planning, consulting and enterprise education to her role as Director of Aisonne KK. She understands the root issues that organizations face today, and is expert at developing unique programs that address these issues with a high degree of client satisfaction.

In 1997 she founded Celebrity LLC for the purpose of corporate culture research and consulting and human resource development planning. From 1991 to 1996 she was engaged in enterprise human resource development planning and organizational development as Senior Coordinator for the Japan arm of US-based Arc International. Her clients include Nike Japan, Asahi Tsushinsha and American Express, where, as part of a comprehensive customer service improvement project, she coordinated seminars throughout Asia.

From 1981 she was engaged in market research and planning for high rise residential and restaurant developments for a leading real estate developer in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

Noriko Asakura brings 8 years of sales and merchandising experience to her Project Coordinator role at Aisonne. Prior to working for Aisonne she was Senior Merchandiser for BTR Sports K.K., where she planned and managed merchandising for Japanfs first RbK (Reebok) store in Harajuku. She previously worked for Tennen Keikaku K.K., buying casual apparel from the US for select shops, and developing product for Paris prêt-a-porter and the LA Gift Show, and began her business career in 1997 with Izu Production, Inc., where she established a new operating division devoted to pets and began the import of merchandise for dogs from England and the US.

Ms. Asakura has a degree in Biotechnology from the International Engineering College in Shizuoka, Japan and two years of laboratory experience with Nakai Kaihatsu K.K. developing new orchid breeds.

Peter Haffenberg brings over 15 years of global demand creation to the Aisonne team. As an independent marketing consultant, he has supported such clients as Nike Japan, Sephora Japan, Collaborate Sweden and Tantake Sweden in both strategy development and execution. From 1994 to 1999 he was Marketing Director of Levi Strauss Japan, where he oversaw all consumer advertising, retail marketing, Asia/Pacific regional marketing strategy and the successful launch of the Levi's Only Store retail concept. From 1986 to 1994 he lead a number of accounts for Leo Burnett in both the USA and Japan, including Philip Morris and Keebler.

Mr. Haffenberg holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and a B.A. in Fine Arts from Colgate University.

Andrew Nemec is an Aisonne shareholder and serves in the capacity of Special Advisor. He is a Managing Director of Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets and is their senior representative in Japan. Mr. Nemec has worked for RBC over 15 years and has worked in the securities business in Japan for 19 years.

Mr. Nemec holds a degree in Economics from Queens University at Kingston.
